The PRS Flame Treater Roller is designed for bi-oriented stretching filmitor film production, providing fast temperature reduction and enhanced surface adhesion properties.
The flame treatment roller is a critical component in the flame treatment machine's biaxially oriented film traction section. It increases film surface adhesion, improving subsequent processing such as printing, coating, and lamination. The roller features a water-cooled design that maintains the "cold side" of the film during flame treatment.
