• The roll features an abrasion-resistant tungsten carbide coating, applied using the Praxair JP8000 HVOF system, with a thickness of 50-60 micrometers.
• Compared to chrome-plated corrugating rolls, the tungsten carbide version lasts more than three times longer while costing less than twice as much.
