Featuring a unique "frustum" or tapered peak-top structure, these panels expand the effective dewatering area by 50%, effectively doubling the capacity of conventional screen media. The embedded steel framework, utilizing Q235B grade metal components (Carbon ≤ 0.20%, Silicon ≤ 0.35%), enhances the overall strength to resist deformation under heavy deck loads. These panels are manufactured from high-performance polyester or polyether-type polyurethane, offering a Shore A hardness of 80-95 and a tensile strength of ≥ 40-48 MPa. The polyether variant is particularly noted for its resilience (≥ 35%) and superior relative volume abrasion (≤ 40 mm³), making it ideal for wet screening in coal and aggregate industries. With aperture sizes ranging from 0.075mm to 5.0mm and standard 305x610mm dimensions, the modular installation allows for quick replacement and compatibility with various fastening systems. The precision-calibrated apertures and stable structure ensure a long service life, significantly reducing replacement frequency and maintenance costs in the most demanding mining and construction environments.
