The MDS 1824 is a high-capacity, single-deck linear motion dewatering screen designed for the large-scale processing of fine aggregates and mineral slurries. Featuring a deck size of 1800mm wide by 2400mm long, this machine is capable of achieving impressive processing rates while ensuring the final product is drip-free and conveyable. Powered by dual high-frequency vibrating motors (2x7.35 kW at 50Hz), the MDS 1824 generates the high G-forces required to accelerate solids upward and forward while effectively driving water through the integrated modular polyurethane panels. The machine utilizes a modular polyurethane non-bolted panel system as standard, which allows for rapid maintenance and easy replacement of worn sections. To further protect the investment, the MDS 1824 includes replaceable polyurethane side wall protection and fully rubber-lined discharge chutes, which minimize material contact with the steel structure and extend the machine's overall working life.
