The panels are produced through a rigorous process involving vacuum casting, degassing, and secondary vulcanization to ensure a dense, bubble-free structure with stable chemical and physical performance. With a hardness range of 80-90 Shore A and a tensile strength of ≥ 40 MPa, they can withstand the constant abrasion of sharp-edged minerals. The "self-cleaning" property is achieved through the material's high elasticity, which induces secondary vibrations that effectively eject near-size particles from the apertures, preventing blinding even in damp conditions.
