The PIPO style polyurethane screen panel is a specialized modular component designed for high-impact primary screening applications. Featuring a reinforced mounting system and a thick 50mm to 80mm profile, it is built to withstand the impact of large run-of-mine ores. The panel is manufactured from a high-tensile polyester-type polyurethane, which provides superior tear strength (≥ 70 kN/m) and abrasion resistance in dry or semi-wet environments. The internal steel skeleton is specially coated to prevent corrosion, ensuring the panel remains securely fastened even under intense vibrating forces. This PIPO model is frequently used in the primary stages of iron ore and gold mining, where it replaces heavy manganese steel plates. Not only does it last up to 8 times longer than metal, but it also significantly reduces the dead weight on the vibrating machine, leading to lower power consumption and extended bearing life for the equipment motors
